This year’s rally Spain was already going down to the wire, with the tight championship fight for this year’s title. But to add to that excitement, we had the return of the greatest rally driver of all time. Sebastien Loeb. As well a guest appearance from global super star Ken Block. There was also excitement in WRC 2 as Volkswagen also made a return with Mr.Hollywood Petter Solberg. This made for an incredibly exciting weekend. It was like a Catalan WRC reunion. 

When the Clocks went back on Saturday, it seemed they went back by more than an hour. Back to the Good old days. As Loeb went on to take the win. But it wasn’t easy. With his long time rival Sebastien Ogier hot on his heels for both the win & the much needed Championship point’s. Ogier finished just 2.9 second’s behind the 9 times Champ and now leads the title race by just 3 points over Thierry Neuville going into the final round in Australia.
